State Park, National Parks & Forest Camps

Within Moab's National Parks, State Park& National Forest, camping generally has less amenities than privately owned campgrounds (no showers, hook-ups, etc.). Choose a park campsite for the primitive camping experience or the exceptionally scenic areas surronding one of these camps. National Forest camping out of Moab affords a higher elevation, mature trees to equate to a cooler environ. National park or state park campsite selection comes regularly with a ranger lead campfire program to further acquaint visitors with public park on state or federal lands.
