This is an eight-day itinerary beginning and ending in Denver. There are many optional tours that can be added to this itinerary depending on the demographics of the client. Optional activities are listed at the end. This itinerary is developed as primarily a sightseeing and hiking tour of the beautiful landscape nature has given us.

Day 1 - Arrive Denver

Day 2 - Denver - Denver

• Breakfast
• Visit Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park (elevation up to 12,000) via I-25 and Hwy 34
• Lunch en route back to Denver via Hwy 36
• Dinner and Overnight in Denver

Day 3 - Denver - Gunnison

• Breakfast
• Drive to Garden of the Gods via I-25 (67 miles)
• Drive to Canon City and tour Royal Gorge Frontier Tour and Railway
• Via Hwy 115 and Hwy 50 (50 miles)
• Lunch in Canon City
• Drive to Gunnison via Hwy 50 (100 miles)
• Dinner and Overnight in Gunnison

Day 4 - Gunnison - Durango

• Breakfast
• Drive to Montrose via Hwy 50 (65miles)
• Visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument and the Ute
• Indian Museum
• Lunch in Silverton
• Take the Silverton Narrow Gauge Train into to Durango, or drive via Hwy 550
• Dinner and Overnight in Durango

Day 5 - Durango - Moab

• Breakfast
• Drive to Mesa Verde via Hwy 160 (45 miles)
• Tour Mesa Verde National Park
• Lunch at the Lodge at Mesa Verde
• Drive to Moab via Hwy 491 and Hwy 191 (120 miles) You may want to stop at the Towaoc Casino en route
• Dinner and Overnight in Moab

Day 6 - Moab - Moab

• Breakfast
• Visit Dead Horse Point State Park and Canyonlands National Park
• Lunch in Moab
• Visit Arches National Park
• Dinner on the Colorado River with cruise, Cowboy BBQ w/entertainment,
• Downtown Restaurant, River front restaurant
• Overnight Moab

Day 7 - Moab - Grand Junction

• Breakfast
• Drive to Grand Junction via Scenic Byway 128 and I-70 (118 miles)
• Visit the Dinosaur Discovery Museum in Fruita
• Lunch in Grand Junction
• Visit the Colorado National Monument
• Winery Tour and Dinner
• Overnight in Grand Junction

Day 8 - Grand Junction - Denver

• Drive to Denver via I-70 (252 miles)
